IPI recognised one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women in first year of eligibility.
Technology has made enormous progress over the last decade, but the reality is that women remain significantly underrepresented across our industry. Today, women make up just over one fifth of the UK’s technology workforce, and thousands leave the sector every year, often citing limited progression opportunities, lack of recognition and inequitable workplace experiences.
That’s why we’re particularly proud to announce that IP Integration has been recognised by Great Place to Work as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026.
In our very first year of being eligible for the ranking, we’ve been named 75th on the UK’s Top 100 list. While we’re proud of where we’ve started, we’re even more focused on continuing to build a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

For us, this isn’t simply another accreditation to add to our website. It’s independent recognition that the culture we’re building is being experienced by the people who matter most, our colleagues.
At IP Integration, we’ve always believed that creating an exceptional customer experience starts with creating an exceptional employee experience. When people feel trusted, supported and able to bring their whole selves to work, they collaborate better, innovate more confidently and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our customers.
Lisa Fradin, Chief People Officer at IP Integration, said “We are incredibly proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026. This achievement is particularly meaningful because it reflects the real experiences of our people.
At IPI, inclusion isn’t driven by targets, quotas or box-ticking initiatives, it’s built into how we work every day. We use our purpose and values as a genuine guide for how we treat one another, make decisions and create opportunities for everyone to succeed. We’ve worked hard to build a culture where people feel respected, supported and able to be themselves, regardless of gender or background.
This recognition tells us that our values are more than words on a page – they are being lived every day and reflected in a culture that our people genuinely experience across the business.”
In an industry that continues to work hard to attract and retain more women, recognition like this matters. Not because it suggests the work is complete, but because it demonstrates meaningful progress and reinforces our commitment to continuing that journey.
CEO of IP Integration, Sat Sanghera commented “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and to have achieved 75th place in our first year of being included in the ranking. While we’re delighted with this recognition, we don’t see it as a finish line, but an important milestone on an ongoing journey and evolution for IPI.
More than 30% of our workforce is made up of very talented women who bring amazing leadership, creativity and expertise to every part of our business. Their perspectives strengthen our teams, challenge our thinking and help us deliver better outcomes for our clients, people and partners.
While this accreditation recognises the progress we’ve made, it also reinforces our responsibility to keep building an environment and culture where everyone can be the best version of themselves. Creating a truly inclusive workplace requires constant focus on our purpose, values, performance and development.
We have always been committed to ensuring IPI continues to be a place where people can build amazing careers, do their best work and feel they belong”
