Cloud PCI delivers enterprise-grade secure payment capabilities through four core modules: Pauseable, Pay By Link, Agent Pay and IVR Assist, ensuring full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
As organisations face increasing pressure to meet PCI DSS v4 requirements, alongside closer scrutiny of how payment data is handled across customer interactions, the availability of Cloud PCI within the Genesys ecosystem offers a more integrated approach to payment security. - Pay by Link: Delivers secure payments via digital links across SMS, email and webchat, with data fully isolated
- IVR Assist: Supports agent-free payment capture via IVR, reducing PCI exposure and enabling scalable self-service
Together, these capabilities allow organisations to apply the right level of control at each stage of the customer journey, while maintaining a consistent compliance posture.
The solutions are available under two licences – standard and premium – with each providing access to different modules. The standard licence includes Agent Pay and Pay-by-link, while the premium licence also includes IVR Assist. Pauseable will remain available as a standalone solution.
As a Premium Application, Cloud PCI integrates with Genesys Cloud CX™ and can be provisioned directly through the Genesys administrative portal, allowing rapid deployment and centralised billing.
