‘Evolving Together’ sets new benchmark for channel partnerships by accelerating partner growth and profitability through IPI’s ElasticCX

The tiered programme will provide partners with the resources and support to deliver IPI’s ElasticCX suite of solutions, including its Contact Centre-as-a-Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) platforms, to a broader market of small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK.

Evolving Together has been created to accelerate partner growth and profitability – offering 20–30 percent higher margins than competing programmes. It offers flexible and transparent pricing, volume-based discounts and a license model that adapts around business needs, allowing partners to scale with confidence. The platform is secure by design, has industry leading availability, is AI-powered (with transcription, sentiment analysis, and Quality Management scoring built-in) and offers seamless integration with an API-first, low-code/no-code approach. Partners benefit from quarterly product releases, a partner-aligned roadmap, and UK-based support and operations.

Five tier partner model explained
Evolving Together is made up of five tiers and covers the full spectrum of partners engaging with IPI – from referral and technology partners, to Value Added Resellers and System Integrators. The programme tiers are defined as follows:
- Authorised: the entry level tier certifying partners as authorised to sell ElasticCX to customers.
- Accredited: for partners who have completed a comprehensive training programme around the ElasticCX product suite, enabling them to provide additional value-add services to end customers.
- The three remaining tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum – are determined by accredited partner sales and the number of seats deployed within clients.
