Follows IPI’s three-star Best Companies rating earlier this year
28 November 2024 – IPI, the Contact Centre specialist and solutions provider, today announced it has reached position 18 in the list of the top 100 mid-sized companies from Best Companies, rising from position #76. The Best Companies to Work For Lists and Best Companies Accreditation are the de facto standard in workplace engagement and recognise those in the small, mid-size and large categories on a national level.
To compile each list, Best Companies surveys employees across organisations to understand first-hand employee engagement levels. Within IPI, Best Companies found that 82% of people felt happy with their work and home life balance and 92% felt that their team was fun to work with.
“Purpose and our people are the heart of everything we do at IPI to ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and partners,” said Lisa Fradin, Chief People Officer at IPI. “We are honoured to be recognised for our people practices and are thankful to the amazing team of people who pull together every day to make IPI a better place to work.”
IPI is committed to creating a culture where its diverse team is encouraged to thrive and express themselves. The company holds bi-weekly all-company calls and quarterly business updates to keep its team informed about company performance and goals. It also enforces regular manager and employee one-to-ones and team meetings for continuous performance tracking and wellbeing check-ins.
A weekly engagement survey provides an opportunity for employees to anonymously ask questions and share ideas, which are then addressed by the leadership team. This survey also helps the company gauge and improve various areas such as manager-employee relationships, personal growth, and wellness. To foster connection and collaboration, IPI runs regular in-person team events and socials across its offices. These include an annual kick-off session, Wellness Day, and Family Day, among others.

IPI has been accredited by Best Companies for the last three years, and was awarded three-stars, the highest possible rating, earlier this year in recognition of the company’s commitment to – and investment in – its people and culture. This latest accolade follows IPI’s CEO Sat Sanghera, being awarded the People Award by LDC in recognition of IPI’s people engagement.
“We are thrilled to be recognised by Best Companies for our people practices,” said Sat Sanghera, CEO of IPI. “We have purposely placed huge value on creating and maintaining a culture of connection and collaboration amongst our people, and we believe that has been key to our ongoing success as an organisation.”
