At IPI, we are committed to supporting our people’s personal and professional development. Creating meaningful opportunities for continuous learning isn’t just a promise – it’s something we put into practice across the business.

One of the key ways we bring this to life is through our Evolve Programme – a 12-month learning and development journey designed to help individuals unlock their full potential.

A Journey of Growth

Now in its second year, our 2025 cohort marks another exciting chapter in the programme’s success. Open to employees from all areas of the company, Evolve provides the time, space, and support to build vital skills that are essential in today’s workplace.

The programme focuses on a broad range of capabilities that help individuals thrive in any role, including:

  • Personal Impact
  • Communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Relationship Building

Delivered through a hybrid model of in-house expertise and external facilitators, Evolve has become a cornerstone of our culture of continuous learning and is open to everyone at IPI.

“Designing and delivering the Evolve Programme has been hugely rewarding. It’s about giving people the space to reflect, grow, and build skills that really matter in today’s workplace. Seeing colleagues from all corners of IPI embrace the journey – and then put what they’ve learnt into practice – is exactly what we hoped to achieve.” – Kirsty Freeman, Programme Leader

Voices from the 2025 Cohort

The impact of the programme is best told by those who are on the journey themselves:

“This was EYE OPENING! The programme took me on a journey of self-reflection… We learnt more about our personality types and how they best work with others. I learnt so much about myself in this process.”

– Damien Collard, Associate Technical Architect

“Through the programme, I’ve gained valuable insights into my personal strengths and how my behaviour can impact others. The focus on self-awareness and communication skills has helped me approach conversations more thoughtfully and lead with greater confidence and clarity. I’ve also learned practical tools for building stronger relationships at work, which has already started to improve how I collaborate across teams.”

– Sky Rudd, Billing Analyst

Building a Culture of Continuous Development

By giving our employees the tools and confidence to evolve, we’re not only investing in their future – we’re building a more connected, capable, and resilient organisation.

The Evolve Programme reflects our people-first culture, designed and delivered with care to ensure everyone has the opportunity to grow. And as we look ahead, we’re excited to continue running the programme in the years to come – supporting our people every step of the way.
