IPI is delighted to share that CEO Sat Sanghera has been named as one of the UK’s Top 100 Influential People 2026.

Sat Sanghera, CEO at IPI

Run by Awards Intelligence and judged by a panel of independent experts, the Top 100 Most Influential People 2026 awards shine a spotlight on the leaders at the top of their game, recognising those who are making a positive impact on society across all business sectors. Sat joins an impressive line-up of previous winners including Steven Bartlett, Ben Fogle and Joe Wicks.

“It is a huge honour to be named amongst such an exceptional line up of talent across multiple sectors and industries,” said Sat Sanghera, CEO of IPI. “I am proud to lead an organisation like IPI and am lucky enough to work with incredible people that have helped to chart our course and steer us in such a positive direction.”

From his beginnings in IT sales as a graduate, to his role today as CEO here at IPI, Sat has consistently demonstrated a visionary approach that has had a tangible and positive impact on the tech sector. At IPI he has developed a purpose-led culture that focuses on the delivery of exceptional customer contact, whilst continuing to invest in IPI’s people – the heart of IPI’s business. He has redefined the focus of the organisation – shifting the company from its traditional role as a reseller of other vendor’s services, to creating its own proprietary, cutting-edge solutions and growing its partner network.

However, Sat’s influence extends beyond IPI. He has a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent. As a guest lecturer at University College London (UCL) to students on the MSC Entrepreneurship programme he helps to prepare students to launch and scale a high-impact, innovative, for-profit venture.

This latest accolade joins an already strong line-up of award success. In 2024 Sat was named as one of LDC’s Top 50 and given the People Award in recognition of his instrumental role in developing a positive culture at IPI. IPI was also awarded a place on E2E’s inaugural Tech 100 list in 2023 – a list celebrating the UK’s fastest-growing tech companies – placing again on the 2024 E2E Tech 100 list but rising in position to number 31. IPI received the Best Companies to Work For accreditation in summer 2022 for a second consecutive year and a three-star rating in recognition of its ‘world-class’ workplace. IPI also was awarded a three-star rating by Best Companies (July 2024). IPI has also been certified for the Great Places to Work accreditation in 2025.
