We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our Delivery Team. The Project Manager is key to the successful delivery of IPI solutions and ensuring Exceptional Customer Contact.

What does the role involve?

  • Effective management of the client relationship during the project lifecycle, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Working closely with the operations team and PMO to ensure that product and resources are ordered efficiently, and to ensure that project timescales are met.
  • Strong communication across IPI to ensure that solutions meet the design intent of the sales and pre-sales teams, and that financial reporting and RAG status reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Management of IPI and customer third party suppliers and service providers where required.
  • Provide forecast of cash flow, revenue recognition and invoicing throughout a project. Keep records of costs incurred against budget and provide early indications of budget breaches.
  • Assist the Sales team with the preparation of draft documents for tender responses and customer relationship building.
  • Management of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of all internal and third party resources to ensure tasks are being completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide forecasts of required resources and skill to assist in wider operations resource planning.

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience of working for a Telecommunications reseller, vendor or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be confident to communicate with C-level within small and large organisations.
  • A high level of understanding of Data Networking, UC and Contact Centre Technologies.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, ability to manage a budget.
  • Dynamic, professional, positive in attitude and decisive in approach.
  • Be capable of influencing key decisions and problem-solving.
  • Have the following professional qualifications: Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent), PMI and ITIL.
