We are looking for an Interim Contracts and Billing Co-Ordinator to join our Finance Team. This is a Fixed-Term Contract (6-12 months). The Contracts and Billing Co-Ordinator is key to the successful production of IPI monthly Invoicing / Contract Management and ensuring Exceptional Customer Contact.

What does the role involve?

  • Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual new and renewals billings.
  • Creation of renewal supplier purchase orders.
  • Setting up projects within our Finance system.
  • Good’s receiving invoices.
  • Creation and Administration of contracts within our CRM system.
  • Creation and issuing of termination acceptance and non-acceptance letters.
  • Providing contract / billing information to our Account Managers to enable renewals of existing contracts.
  • Responding to internal and external billing queries.
  • Monthly reports on upcoming renewals.

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous Billing experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working within the IT / Telecoms Industry is desirable.
  • Previous working experience of Telecoms billing systems is desirable.
  • Previous working experience of Autotask, Sage or SAP By Design is desirable.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables / VLOOKUPS).
  • Ability to work and multitask to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Methodical, with a high attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Be a team player, with a willingness to help others.
