We are looking for a Contracts and Billing Administrator to support our Finance department. This is a critical role that provides a focal point for all administrative tasks for financial and contract requirements with respect to IPI managed service contacts.

What does the role involve?

  • Creation of accurate renewals and support billings
  • Creation of accurate renewal supplier purchase order creation
  • Good’s receiving invoices for the Purchase Ledger Assistant
  • Daily posting of billable and non-billable labour
  • Daily administration of Active/Inactive contracts
  • Daily administration of Contract set up post renewal billing
  • Daily administration of third-party configuration items and subscriptions post raising of purchase orders
  • Administration of new customer onboarding
  • Provide cover and support where required to set up maintenance revenue and cost into the contract management system
  • Creation and issuing of termination acceptance and non-acceptance letters
  • Issuing and filing of all commercial framework agreements

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a contract’s administration/finance role ideally within a telephony technology business
  • Knowledge of Sage (ideally Sage 200) or Affinity
  • Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
  • Possess a natural initiative and pro-activeness to their method of working
  • A drive, committed and flexible approach to work
  • Great team player
  • Highly organised and exquisite communication and people skills
  • Ideal academic level preferred: A-level
